Bard Lullaby reduce the hit chance to 85%.

Drako Hawknight are now correctly immune to 50% of fire damage as well.

Squawk damage is now 35-55 and 50% Proc rate.

Penguin

Peck damage is now 35-55 and 50% Proc rate.

Pigeon

Poop damage is now 35-55 and 50% Proc rate.
