Voxie Tactics Tournaments

1. Agreement to Official Rules.

Tournaments are promoted and sponsored by AlwaysGeeky Games Inc. (the "Sponsor"). By participating, each participant (the "Participant") unconditionally agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all respects. The odds of winning depend on the number of players competing during the Tournament Period. If banned we can retroactively remove points from player and owner rental rewards.

2. Eligibility.

Tournaments are open to all, excluding employees or immediate family members of the Sponsor. Eligibility is subject to local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without providing an explanation and may cancel, suspend, or terminate the Tournament at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Promotion Period.

Each Tournament begins and ends on set dates and times (the "Promotion Period"). Results will be announced, and prizes will be distributed the weeks following.

4. How to Enter.

Participants can enter by competing in battles within the designated Arenas during the Tournament Period. Final player ranking is based on performance metrics outlined by the Tournament (eg. Points, Wins).

• Only valid player accounts are eligible.
• Fraudulent or multiple player accounts may result in disqualification.

Standard data charges may apply based on the Participant’s internet or mobile provider rates. All entries are subject to review, and any breach of the Official Rules will lead to disqualification.

5. Prizes.

Participants are eligible for prizes based on their ranking on the leaderboard by the end of the Tournament.

6. Winner Selection and Notification.

Winners will be selected based on their ranking on the leaderboard at the end of the Tournament Period. The official list of winners will be posted on voxies.io

7. Winner Verification.

Winners may be required to verify their identity and comply with any additional Sponsor requirements within a specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate Winner will be chosen.

8. Liability Release.

All prizes are provided "as is." The Sponsor is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred as a result of participation in the Tournament. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability, so these exclusions may not apply.

9. General Terms.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or acts of God. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules during the Promotion Period. Any modification will be announced via official communication channels.

10. Privacy.

All information submitted by Participants and collected by the Sponsor in connection with the Participant’s entry will be subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice available at: https://www.voxies.io/terms-and-conditions. By participating in the Giveaway, Participant hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.

11. Rules and Regulations

• 1 player account per person can participate in each arena
• Follow healthy playtime threshold of 16 hours
• During the tournament time period, movement of any assets will not be restricted

12. Governing Law.

All local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by resident local law.

13. Accessibility of Official Rules and Winner Announcement

The Official Rules and Winner announcements will be available on www.voxies.io.

Voxies Marketplace Forge Contest

1. Eligibility:

   • The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
   • Employees of Voxie Tactics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

   • The contest begins on October 23rd (3pm UTC) and ends on November 6th (3pm UTC).
   • Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

• Forge using the Nostalgia Golden Opening Recipe through the Voxies Marketplace enter to win Rare Voxie #253
  • 1 recipe Forged = 1 entry; 100 recipe Forged = 100 entries (etc.)
  • There is no maximum entry limit

OR

• Forge using Rare and Epic Fusion, Nostalgia Crafting or the Nostalgia Box Opening Recipe through the Voxies Marketplace enter to win Common Voxie #9417
  • 1 recipe Forged = 1 entry; 100 recipe Forged = 100 entries (etc.)
  • There is no maximum entry limit

4. Judging Criteria:

   • Entries will drawn at random
   • Winners will be announced on our before November 14th

5. Prizes:

• Voxie #253 Rare
• Voxie #9416 Common

6. Rights and Permissions:

   • By entering the contest, participants grant AlwaysGeeky Games the right to use for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.

7. Disqualification:

   • Voxie Tactics reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the contest rules or engages in any fraudulent activities.

8. Liability:

   • AlwaysGeeky Games is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in the contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.

9. Privacy:

   • Personal data submitted during the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of this contest and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law:

    • All local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by resident local law.

11. Amendment:

    • Voxie Tactics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the official contest page.

12. Acceptance:

    • Participation in the contest constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
